About Us
We are a husband and wife team with a shared love of beautiful art and, in particular, the fluidity and dynamic expression of Art Nouveau. We both have successful careers in other fields but spend our spare time immersed in the search for the exquisite and extraordinary. As well as jugendstil.co.uk, we have a unit at Hemswell, a former RAF base now devoted to antiques, ‘home’ to hundreds of dealers, and paradise for collectors and enthusiasts.
Our Story
Based in a historic Lincolnshire market town renowned for its antiques shops, we embraced the challenge of discovering forgotten treasures in dusty corners, where they lay hidden among precarious piles of vintage collectibles and bric-a-brac. A pastime quickly became a passion and now a very personal small business - finding new homes for pieces we have sourced, no longer just locally but from all around the country and beyond, and carefully brought back to life.

Our mission is to offer a hand-selected range of Art Nouveau products that epitomise the elegance and creativity of this iconic style. Few design movements combine such a contemporary feel with their history, and we believe that is why Art Nouveau - whether it’s a statement piece or subtle touches - enhances almost any environment.
